• Rebuilt the public website on Next.js, replacing a dead WordPress site and recovering 74 legacy URLs.
• Built Nova Bill, a ZATCA-compliant invoicing system with hash-chained invoices and role-based access.
• Built a multi-clinic patient queue system with realtime floor displays that call numbers aloud in Arabic.
• Verified the complex's official WhatsApp Business number and centralised patient conversations on Chatwoot.
• Automated lab result delivery with n8n, so results reach patients without being sent by hand.
• Led vendor research and quote comparison for the hospital information system and queue system procurement.
• Named by management as the owner of IT and social account security across the complex.
